How do I get a refund?

When is the machine restocked?
We restock based on demand. If your favourite item is out, let us know via Suggest a product — popular requests get prioritised.
Allergens and ingredients
All packaging shows allergens and ingredients in line with UK food labelling. If you'd like help reading the packaging or have a specific allergy concern, message us on WhatsApp before purchasing.
I was charged for something I didn't take
The fridge uses cameras and computer vision to detect what you took — occasionally it gets it wrong. Tap Request a refund and we'll sort it the same day.
How does the smart fridge know what I took?
You tap your card to unlock, take what you want, and close the door. Cameras with computer vision identify the items and your card is charged automatically — no scanning, no buttons.
Can I return an item I took?
For food safety we can't accept returns of unsealed or consumed items. If the item was damaged, expired, or you were charged incorrectly, please request a refund instead.
How can I host a machine in my building?
